Reader Radness: Sonic the Ham

Once upon a time, Patrick made a comic about a ham named Sonic. Here is what it looked like:

Pretty funny, yes? We thought so – and so, it seems, did the denizens of our improbably wonderful forum. Inspired by Patrick's invitation, these excellent and creative people took it upon themselves to make their own Sonic the Ham strips, reinterpreting the original in new and surprising ways. For example, consider this subtle yet troubling rendition by erudite dandy, shMerker:

Do you see what he did there? Eh? Pretty clever!

Of course, not all of our forumers are as sophisticated and witty as shMerker. Bearclaw, for instance, prefers the crude thrill of easy vulgarity:

Disgusting, I know, but that's modern art for you. Thank God shMerker was on hand to redeem this filth with a splash of his trademark whimsy:

Again, do you see what he did there? I hate to explain all the jokes like this, but then I don't know how up-to-date you people are with internet memes and such. For all I know, this could be the first time you've ever been online. If that's the case, then let me give you some advice: Lemon Party is not what you think it is. Just trust me on this. Similarly, although the following comic by Foghorn Deadhorn might look like it's about old men having anal sex, it's actually about a disgruntled ham. Such is the nature of this strange and dangerous world we call cyberspace.

Mr. Deadhorn made the next comic too, which I think is some kind of snide commentary on our irregular update schedule:

Yeah, yeah. Very funny, you needy fuckbag.
