What did Dan and Patrick do on the 21st and 22nd of June? Did they have a balloon trip? Hey that was a videogame reference! Well anyway they didn’t do that; they went to Supanova and had a good time and sold the amazing and beautiful Eegra promotional zine to the better-looking and savvier people who passed by their table. Some of those people were dressed funny, as you shall see!

Supanova is a sort of all-purpose ‘con’; I think it used to be about comics, maybe, but these days it’s mostly about Star Wars toys and minor celebrities charging twenty dollars to sign their name. (You must understand it is strenuous for actors to remember how the alphabet goes.) Could our heroes penetrate this toxic fog of cultural farts and nerd stink, to sell some funny pamphlets about videogames? Well yeah I already said we did. Sorry, I didn’t plan this article very well.

So here is the eye-catching Eegra table, and that adjective also applies to the men staffing it:

Let’s have a closer look at those handsome faces.

Closer!!

Look at these groovy youngsters, enjoying the Eegra zine and dressed in the latest street fashions from Harajuku. Or am I tricking you with my words? Could it be that they are actually geeky cosplayers? Hmmm!

But who are they cosplaying? I will tell you. They are cosplaying characters created by their friend Michelle. She is not famous but here is her deviantART gallery and HO HO, like magic she is famous! You’re welcome, Michelle!

Holy my goodness, it’s Princess Peach!

Look guys her hair was brown on the NES. Calm the fuck down.

Who are these young ladies dressed as?

Are they dressed as hot babes? That was my guess.
