In the most recent OctoPodcast, I attempted to tell you about Far East Recording, and it was pathetic. I even forgot to mention he’s the Ape Escape music guy, even though he told me himself and I was like, “WOW GOSH YOU ARE COOL.” I should not attempt to talk about music without extensive notes! Anyway, this interview, done by some excellent person on the same night as the 8bit cafe party, makes up for my babbling inadequacy.

My friend Bill is a huge, unapologetic nerd, and writes long, non-ironic articles about how to iron the panties of dating sim character figurines without taking them out of the box, totally impenetrable to normal, moderate nerds not versed in otaku lore. But guess what! He must have learned how to communicate with less evolved hominids, because this article about how much Akihabara sucks is really good. I read it and enjoyed it – maybe you will too!
