Putting aside how flummoxing I find the concept of a pregnancy fetish, what puzzles me most about this image is – like the alien boob picture above – the expression of surprise that Peach is displaying. Is this the first time she’s looked down in nine months? Or has a small moon been suddenly and instantaneously teleported into her uterus?
