I don’t mean to harp on about the guy, but, yes, that’s our Mr Hosenfeld, in a picture he paid someone else to draw. HELL DOG I AIN’T JUDGIN’ NOBODY. You do what you want with your damn money.

How much money does he have, I wonder, to shovel like coal onto the fantasy that burns within? By which I mean, has he ever hired a prostitute to dress up as Princess Peach? Because that would actually be pretty fucking cool.

ANYWAY, this picture is purdy! Except Peach’s ear is growing out of her neck, and her crown seems to rest on a separate spatial plane, instead of her head. And Mr Hosenfeld appears to be nearly two-dimensional, as though he’s made of gingerbread. But hey – sparkles! You can’t argue with sparkles.

Apparently Peach’s boobs are entirely separate from the rest of her body, and held on with, I’m guessing, some sort of velcro attachment. Or, they’re alien parasites that have eaten Peach’s real boobs and taken their place – like in that movie, Groundhog Day. That might explain why Peach looks so surprised!

Princes [sic] Peach n Princess Daisy by usako-chan

See, now, this is good. Confident linework; clean, lively colouring – and with markers, too! Personally I’m not into the Slayers-looking anime style, but hey, to hell with me – at least this artist has a style; it’s not just a fluke when her drawings look the way they’re supposed to.

Plus, this picture has Daisy in it, so BONUS POINTS.

Protip: ‘Princesses Peach and Daisy’ would be a more efficient title.
