Wait... I think I remember the circus one Gina. Wasn't there another one where you had to make all the clowns stand up, but some knocked others down when you stood them up?

Is that the one where if you are consumed by caterpillars you have to navigate their digestive tracks, while avoiding floating enzymes that merely change your character's color pallete, and near the end you control a suit of armor?

This has quite possibly become the most amazing thread ever.
Hey everyone! Remember Flowers of Crystal? Of course you don't because it was made in Adelaide and rarely turned up. But I do! Those goddamn Grubble Grabbers. I remember there was a "part two", which no-one could get up to because you had to learn a code in part one to access it. But some kids figured out the code, and I watched them enter it, so our team got access to the code that way. Take THAT, teamwork! A friend also just sent me a link to one called 3 in Three. "Sometimes part of the puzzle is figuring out what you're supposed to do."

Ah man one game from my childhood is "Pac-In-Time" which is just "Fury of the Furries" but with the main charecter sprite changed to Pac-Man... it's all about Pac-Man being sent back to 1975 by a ghost witch, and is actually a decent platformer... not educational though ^^

Freddi Fish and the Case of the Missing Kelp Seeds was actually pretty fantastic. Elements of it were randomised each time you played, you wouldn't encounter every puzzle in a single playthrough and IIRC the outcomes were always different.
