Lol, that article left me speechless. But the writer was someone with a female name.. all the more baffling. I don't see why I should encourage my girlfriend to play a crappy game, which she probably wouldn't like either. So much more fun to just watch a movie with her.

i'm not in a relationship, nor have i ever. but i assume one would not want to be forced into doing some mundane shit you might enjoy, eg shopping or gaming or jumping off a cliff.
i mean, yeah, obviously there will be times where it'll be like "dude let's play some games" or "let's go shopping" but i wouldn't want to be dragged off to whatever my mate might enjoy tl;dr play games if your guy/galfriend wants to. ps. fuck you ign

Not that I really want to defend that piece or anything, but at least everything before step 5 seems to be intentionally ironic and the moral of the story is "just talk to her stupid!" I mean, there's at least a kernel of common sense behind it, even if it is surrounded by lots of cheesecake and cliches.
